OFAB has an extensive range of CNC milling and turning centers, Haas vertical machining centers, knee mills, as well as turret lathes to mill and turn parts. Components up to 18” x 20” x 40’ can be milled by us. CNC milling of carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and copper is our specialty. We turn parts to exact customer drawings in DWG, JPG, PDF, GIF, or any other preferred file format.
Our Haas CNC vertical milling center and Dainichi CNC turning center can be supplemented with other mills, drill presses, and lathes to enhance regular operations. In addition, these centers have live tooling options, which enable us to perform multiple milling or turning operations simultaneously. We turn cylindrical parts up to 36” in diameter.
We also have cranes, forklifts, and trained personnel to handle material-handling needs. Additionally, our secondary operations such as painting, plating, galvanizing, and passivation allow us to function as a one-stop shop for all your custom requirements. We undertake engineering plus assembly of milled and turned parts too.
